Hyper-expansion of Brain Surface Seen in Infants with Autism

Brain MRIA recent study found a hyper-expansion of brain surface in infants with autism. Study found with MRI that between 6 and 12 months in infants who are at risk for autism the brain surface goes through a hyper-expansion. John Ossipinsky explains how lymphatic vessels were found in the brain in 2015. The lymphatic system plays a large role in reabsorbing fluid and maintaining the brain.

Think of when someone has lymphatic nodes removed, they swell or get Lymphedema. When ever I see a part of the body enlarging, I immediately think of the lymphatic system. When the lymphatic system is congested and not able to work efficiently, to help reabsorb fluid and waste from the body, any part of the body or brain can enlarge. This buildup of fluid and cellular waste can interfere with how you or your child feels mentally and physically

Headaches and Migraines Helped with Improved Lymph Flow

Lymphatic System in HeadIf you are having headaches and migraines, they can be helped with improved lymph flow. John Ossipinsky explains how when you have pain in your head you don’t think about the lymphatic system to help your pain but you need to!

In 2015 lymphatic vessels were found in the brain, a direct lymph-brain connection. When you improve lymph flow in the body and brain you help open circulation to improve natural detoxification.  Receiving a lymphatic drainage session can help improve lymph flow. You can help the lymphatic session by eating a more alkaline diet, doing daily exercise, proper hydration and deep breathing to help improve circulation and lymph flow.
