According to new research a high fat diet found to limit ability to feel full. I have experienced this myself. When I was eating a high fat diet, I ate large meals. Once I started eating more fruits and vegetables, I became fuller faster and I ate much less. There is an easy way for you to feel the difference between eating a high fat diet or more fruits and vegetables. Try eating just fruits and vegetables for 3 days.
