Good Posture Helps Lymphatic System'Having good posture plays an important role in how well your lymphatic system works and how you heal. Good posture is important to improve the lymphatic system and healing. How often do you catch yourself slouching while sitting or standing? When you slouch you can limit lymph flow, circulation, and detoxification in the body and brain. When lymph flow is compromised due to bad posture, any part of the body or brain can become filled with cellular waste. This buildup of cellular waste is like logjams in a river blocking the rivers flow. So standing and sitting with a little better posture, can improve the lymphatic system and healing. It’s not about having perfect posture. Standing or sitting a little straighter can make a big difference in how your lymph flows.
