Hydrocephalus is where cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) builds in the lateral ventricles putting pressure on the brain. Hydrocephalus can be helped by improving the lymph-brain connection to improve the reabsorption of CSF from the brain into lymphatic vessels. In 2015 lymphatic vessels were found in the brain, that is a direct connection that can be used to help maintain the brain, in 2017 the major outflow of cerebrospinal fluid was found to be to lymphatic vessels.
